📦 Shipping Policy

🌐 International Shipping Note:

Currently, we only ship to Canada,the United States and UK

If you are located outside Canada or the U.S., feel free to reach out via contact form for special arrangements (case-by-case).

🇨🇦 Within Canada:

• Flat rate: CAD $10 (with tracking)

• Small items: CAD $4 each (no tracking)
  We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost packages when using this option.

🇺🇸 To the United States:

• Flat rate: CAD $12 (with tracking)

🎁 Free Shipping:

• Orders over CAD $100 ship free.

📦 Shipping Carrier:

• We primarily use Chit Chats, a shipping service that allows us to offer better shipping rates while still providing reliable delivery.
  Depending on the package size and destination, your order may be delivered via Canada Post, USPS, or other carriers.

  Please note:
  Orders are first delivered to a Chit Chats hub for processing before being handed off to the final carrier. Because of this, tracking may take a little longer to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation.

🕒 Processing & Delivery Time:

• Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days

  • USA: 1–3 weeks

    Please note that delivery times do not include potential customs delays.

📧 Notification:

• A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

📍 Address Issues:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility.

🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Returns are eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping) once the item is returned.

• The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.

🚫 Not Eligible for Returns:

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
